About Me
I'm Paul Nardone, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and the founder of Nardone Behavioral Health. Over the course of my career, I've worked in a variety of settings (a community care center, a collegiate counseling center, and group practice), helping clients across a wide range of demographics to address a wide range of issues. In all cases, I've found fulfillment supporting them in navigating the challenges of their unique situations, and I've found inspiration in seeing people find and cultivate their strengths.

Outside of being a therapist, I'm an avid hobbyist with a wide range of interests; I run, ski, golf, cook, paint, write, travel, enjoy games, and much more. I believe that maintaining good mental health requires both addressing problems and cultivating joy, and I choose to put that into practice by diving headfirst into anything that seems interesting to me!

My Core Values
01
Professional and personal.
I aim to provide the professionalism of a larger practice, with the accessibility and connection of an individual counselor.
02
Individualized approach.
I don't believe that therapy can follow a generic blueprint; I pull from various clinical tools to find what resonates specifically with you.
03
Flexible and adaptable.
The process of scheduling sessions shouldn't add stress to your life - I offer flexible options for scheduling that adapt to your routines.
