Cost of Services
After the free 15-minute consultation, I charge rates for therapy sessions as listed below. I do not currently accept any insurances, but I am happy to provide billing documentation for you to submit to your insurance company as part of an out-of-network claim.

60 Minute Therapy Session: $200

45 Minute Therapy Session: $150

30 Minute Check-In*: $100
*I offer these check-ins to accommodate instances where clients struggle to attend regular sessions due to scheduling conflicts, or when they might need to bridge the gap between sessions with a short call. These are not intended to replace full therapy sessions long-term.
No-Shows and Late Cancellations
I understand that life sometimes gets in the way of attending therapy, and plans change. In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you provide me with notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you have to cancel within that time frame, the appointment will be considered a “Late Cancellation”, and the fee will be applied. If you do not attend our appointment and do not provide me with any prior notice, the appointment will be considered a “No-Show”, and the fee will be applied. These fees are generally not covered by insurances as part of an out-of-network claim.
The No-Show/Late-Cancellation fee is $100.
